certified acceptable to the authority having
jurisdiction.”
Certification requires
that Both the Cleaning Company and the Crew Leaders – on the
job site – be Qualified and Certified. That’s what makes us
different from the others who claim Certification!
This means that Crew
Leaders understand their responsibility to you and your
restaurant.
Remove all
combustible fuel load (grease) from ventilation systems
Inform you of grease
build-up and why it cannot be removed, should an
unexpected situation prevent thorough cleaning of the
system
Recognize and report
serious safety deficiencies that may exist in the
exhaust system
